Second Syndrome, selected for 4 consecutive years by the UK FT as an ‘Asia-Pacific High-Growth Company’

Self-storage (shared warehouse) company Second Syndrome, the operator of ‘Mini Storage Darak’ (hereinafter ‘Darak’), announced that it has been selected for the 4th consecutive year as a ‘2026 Asia-Pacific High-Growth Company’ jointly announced by the British Financial Times (FT) and global market research firm Statista.
The Financial Times and Statista annually select and 발표 500 companies with the highest compound annual growth rate (CAGR) among companies in 14 Asia-Pacific countries.
This evaluation was based on revenue growth rates (CAGR) from 2021 to 2024. Second Syndrome ranked 112th among the 500 selected companies across the Asia-Pacific region and 43rd among 79 domestic companies. It is the only self-storage (shared warehouse) company in Korea to be selected.
‘Darak’, the leader in Korea’s self-storage market, currently operates more than 220 locations nationwide and contributes to creating a more spacious and comfortable living environment. By providing space where customers can safely store items they do not need immediately, it offers a practical storage solution.
In particular, it has introduced an unmanned automated operation solution using AI and IoT technologies to maintain a comfortable and safe storage environment 24/7, while providing a convenient customer experience through a dedicated mobile app.
