Mini Storage Darak Holds Successful Pop-up Store at Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch

‘Mini Storage Darak’ operator Second Syndrome (CEO Hong Woo-tae) announced that the pop-up store held at Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch for one week from April 10 to 16 was successfully concluded.
This pop-up store was the first of its kind in Korea's self-storage industry, and it focused on introducing Mini Storage Darak as a storage service closely connected to everyday life to general consumers who are not yet familiar with self-storage.
The pop-up store site was arranged so visitors could see for themselves by featuring items and spaces actually stored in Mini Storage Darak in various sizes, and it was introduced to visitors as a practical alternative for making better use of personal spaces such as homes or offices. Through this, it became an opportunity to intuitively experience the need for self-storage while using Mini Storage Darak in more diverse and efficient ways.
During the event period, the site was crowded with visitors who usually felt the need for better space utilization and for Darak, and some who showed interest in self-storage services proceeded to consultations and then purchased long-term passes, achieving meaningful results by gaining momentum not only in actual customer interest but also in attracting new customers beyond simple brand exposure.

A representative of Second Syndrome said, "This pop-up store was a meaningful occasion that allowed us to directly convey the value of a storage service closely tied to everyday life to people who have not yet experienced self-storage" and added, "Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our points of contact with customers by broadly presenting ways for more people to use their own space more widely and efficiently through Darak via offline events and more."
Meanwhile, Mini Storage Darak is a leading self-storage brand in Korea, currently operating 220 locations nationwide and has 100,000 cumulative members. It provides spaces of various sizes where unnecessary items can be stored near homes or offices, and uses AIoT technology to maintain a pleasant environment where items can be stored safely, increasing customer satisfaction.
