Note: Same-day reservations are difficult. You can set your visit date starting from the day after you apply.
Guidance method: Since Darak operates 100% unmanned, we provide detailed and friendly guidance over the phone when you visit the branch.
How do I enter the branch?
For security and convenience, each branch uses either fingerprint registration or QR code (Smart Pass).
Fingerprint method: Register through a customer service agent during a branch tour or when signing a contract. (Consultation hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00)
QR code method: After signing up, scan the QR code issued in the Darak app to enter. Even if it expires, you can easily renew it by refreshing.
Hours of use: Available freely 24/7, 365 days a year, but some buildings may have nighttime access restrictions, so be sure to check the branch guide before joining.
