Mini Storage Darak Opens a New Branch in Incheon Guwol-dong

Second Syndrome recently announced that it has opened a new ‘Mini Storage Darak Incheon Guwol-dong branch and begun full-scale operations. It is the 15th branch in the Incheon area.
The new branch is located near Moraenae Market Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, about a 5-minute walk from Jageun Guwol Intersection, and was developed on basement level 1 with a size of 55 pyeong. Positioned in a highly accessible location, it is expected to meet the storage needs of nearby residents and merchants.
The Guwol-dong area is a residential district densely packed with apartment complexes and multi-family homes, and a neighborhood where alleyway commercial areas and individual businesses coexist, so demand for storing various items such as household goods, hobby items, and inventory continues to arise.
The branch has been equipped with a 24-hour contactless access system, IoT-based temperature and humidity management sensors, CCTV, and individual locks. As a result, users can safely use the storage space without restrictions on time or location.
It also uses an unmanned operation method based on a mobile app, allowing the entire process from contract to entry to be handled contactlessly.
Before signing a contract, a “tour function” is also available so users can directly check the actual size of the storage unit, the interior environment, and the usage flow. The company says this has improved user convenience and reliability.
A Second Syndrome official said, “The Guwol-dong area is a place where residential neighborhoods and traditional markets are adjacent, creating a variety of storage needs,” adding, “We will be able to provide practical space not only for individual customers but also for small business owners.”
