Mini Storage Attic Opens New Branch in Guwol-dong, Incheon

Second Syndrome recently announced the opening of a new branch of ‘Mini Storage Attic’ in Guwol-dong, Incheon, marking its official operations. This is the 15th branch in the Incheon area.

The new branch is located within a 5-minute walk from the Soraenae Market Station on Incheon Line 2, near the small Guwol Intersection, and is set up in a 55-pyeong basement space. Due to its highly accessible location, it is expected to meet the storage needs of nearby residents and merchants.

The Guwol-dong area is a residential area dense with apartment complexes and multi-family housing, as well as a mix of alley commercial areas and individual businesses, continuously generating a demand for storage of various items such as household goods, hobby items, and inventory.

This branch is equipped with a 24-hour contactless entry system, IoT-based temperature and humidity management sensors, CCTV, and individual locking devices. As a result, users can safely utilize the storage space without restrictions on time or place.

In addition, an unmanned operation method using a mobile app has been implemented, allowing the entire process from contract to entry to be handled remotely.

Prior to contracting, there is a procedure via a ‘tour function’ that allows users to directly check the actual size of the storage unit, internal environment, and usage flow. According to the company, this has enhanced user convenience and reliability.

A representative from Second Syndrome stated, “The Guwol-dong area is a region where various types of storage demands arise adjacent to residential areas and traditional markets,” and added, “We believe we can provide practical space not only for individual customers but also for small business owners.”
